Raising the Standard of Letting Agencies with "Buy With Confidence"
From October 2011 we have been approved by Milton Keynes Trading Standards and have been awarded the prestigious "Buy With Confidence" accreditation,
the FIRST Letting Agent in Milton Keynes to achieve the award!
Awarded by Trading Standards, to be accepted onto the scheme companies must:
- Have all staff CRB (Criminal record background) checked
- Trading Standards check of company’s financial history and all correct insurances
- Have references taken from existing customers
- Have a full onsite audit by Trading Standards
- Have all agreements and contracts approved for fairness and transparency
The Buy With Confidence award complements our existing accreditation with the
Association of Residential Letting Agents which includes yearly accounts audits.
Membership of the property ombudsman and assurance of the highest levels of service.
ARLA
The Buy With Confidence award complements our existing accreditation with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) which includes comprehensive yearly accounts audits, compulsory membership of the Property Ombudsman and membership of the Client Money protection Scheme (a scheme rather like the travel industry ABTA scheme which protects clients money).
